I am from hyderabad but I completed my 1 to 10 in pune And studying 11th ; 12th and degree in hyderabad Whether I am local or non local?

Hello Chandra ,

As you're resident to Telangana and if you have your residential proof of that state ,then you'll be considered as local at Telangana .It doesn't actually matter if you've completed your 10th class and diploma at Andhra Pradesh.But if you've your aadhar card or some other residential proof at AP then you'll be local to AP.Hope this information is helpful and good luck.
