I'm sc and I'm from Odisha. i don't know whether my caste certificate is central or state but can I use my current caste certificate which is digitally signed during neet counseling in other state as well?

Hope you are doing great as per the question asked by you as you are not aware that your S.C certificate belongs to central or state as you should certainly read the heading of the certificate as it will be mentioned there it belongs to central or state. If the certificate belongs to central certificate then it can be used any where in India but if it belongs to state then you should certainly visit the nearest tehsil or S.D.M office to produce a new central certificate.
