Im second-year student. I enrolled in the open category because I did not possess the non-criminal layer certificate at the time of admission. I belong to the OBC category, and now that I am in my second year, I have obtained my non-criminal layer certificate will I get fee concession for obc?

If you took admission in the Open/General category, your category cannot be changed later, even if you now have an OBC-NCL certificate. However, you may use the OBC certificate for scholarships or fee benefits, depending on your college rules. Check with your college office to confirm.
