As the CLAT forms are made available today 9:30 am so there must be a lot of load on the servers as a lot of candidates must the accessing the same. The application form of CLAT 2019 will be available in online mode till March 31, 2019, which is the last date to fill the CLAT application form. So try after sometime or tomorrow.
