Hope you are doing well. Your scenario with the CAT form is unfortunate and it might be just some technical glitch or network issue.
Try the same process after sometime, it should work. In the event of persisting error, what you can do is call the respective helpline and discuss the same. Also if you haven't filled the form yet, discard the half-filled form and open a new form altogether.
