I'm unable to upload photos for WBJEE application

The dimensions sizes are different for all websites and WBjEE has different dimension size accepted as pwr norms.
You might need to compress your photo so that it meets dimension criteria.
You can check out some image compressor websites by searchibg it on Google. You can save images online or download them, and then upload the compressed image. Make sure you enter all coreect details and photo has visibility of your ears and chin with upright position.
You can simultaneously download some apps from google Play to compress your photo.
