ime mumbai/ i am registered with ime mumbai for degree, before 10.6.2002 and passed before december 2006. is my degree recognized?

Yes your degree is recognised because you passed before december 2006 as you mentioned above in the question. And even then the last batch's degree is also valid as they cannot refuse the recognization of the degree of any student. All the best for future goals.
