Inorganic chemistry
Atomic structure
Thermodynamics
Solutions
Surface chemistry.
But you can not depend upon some of the topics.
Because we can not say that question will definitely come from these topics.
Exam committee can put questions from any of the topics.
So Better to prepare well with all the topics.
Atleast read all the concepts and formula.
So good luck.
