If you want really very good score, the you can't leave any of chapters. You have to study all.
The pattern of paper is such that question can be asked from any of chapters. But if you want to get just pass then you can look for few important chapters like- quardratic equation, dimensional analysis, probablity, P and C, Kinematics, SHM, Electrostatics, Modern Physics, Solution, P block, metallurgy etc..
