No, these things will not create any problem at the examination center. Just make sure all the important details like your photograph, signature,etc are all visible and there is no extra thing written on the admit card.

It is to make sure that the candidates follow the instructions and are abide by the rules announced by NTA for answering the exam. This admit card would not cause any trouble to you as, during exam your admit card will be taken by the supervisor.
