Questions in KCET vary every year and hence we can't predict the questions coming in exam. However I suggest you to be thorough with your basics. Complete all the NCERT questions along with exemplar questions and understand the fundamental concept to solve any problem regarding matrix. The topic of matrix is very easy and hence you can easily score in this part if you understand the basic idea to solve the question.
Also do solve previous year's KCET sample papers to get a clear idea about the type of questions asked in exam.
Do not get panicked during the exam. Keep yourself calm and answer maximum questions.

In matrices they mainly ask about inverse , adjoint , symmetric ,skew symmetric , transpose .
