Sorry but you will not be eligible to appear for Neet with 143 marks in pcb . You need minimum 150 marks in physics+ chemistry + biology to appear for Neet.
You can reappear or can give class improvement exams from NIOS . Nios is National Institute of Open Schooling. Nios marks are accepted in all over India.
When you score 150 in pcb group then you can try for neet .
