this year in neet form I have filled marks of 11th class randomly that I have now forgetton in case I will have to fill form next year again then if I will fill marks of 11th class class randomly . that may create any problem or not

No, you need not to disclose your marks scored in class 11. Just they will ask about class 10 and 12. The percentage of marks you scored will be asked. And it is done only to check a minimun percentage of marks. The marks of board is not included in rank calculation. Hope it helps
