Yes, it's sufficient.
Due to the somewhat more challenging nature of this year's paper compared to last year's and the growing number of applicants, the cutoff point may drop. However, because the first round often has a high cutoff, you could not be allocated in that round. However, when all rounds are completed, Mohali will undoubtedly be your assigned location. Depending on how the cutoffs go, there is also a respectable probability of being sent to Kolkata, although this is not yet confirmed.
