In a pwd category during taking admission in a specific college if the rank of particular branch was 1000 and next year there is no cutoff

The scenario can lead to many results :
1.It can be that there is no cut off for Pwd students and you need to take general admission.But according to my knowledges colleges have certain seats for this category.
2.It may also happen that the cut off has not been published by the college in thier respective sites.
So I would suggest you to contact the college to know further regarding this matter.
