In aiims 2019 2 lakh students appeared and i get 332417 over all rank in aiims result how it is happend and what i do next ?

As you are saying 2 lakh students appeared in aiims 2019, I dont find this information to be correct.A total of 3,38,457 candidates were qualified this year in which 1,57,488 were males and  1,80,934 were females and 35  were from third gender.

At this rank you are not going to get a seat in any AIIIMS. You are not qualifies for counselling of 1st round. So you better prepare for next time and focus on other exams also like NEET and Jipmer. You may also take admission in private medical college if you want so. It will be on the basis of your NEET score.
