Dear Yash, to be honest with you, the no. of times you have attempted this exam will have no effect on the outcome of your score/merit list/counselling/admission. This information is usually gathered for their internal data like surveys, etc. So though what you entered was wrong information because it doesnt effect the merit list or anything as such, this is no reason why you shouldnt be getting your admit card. While you cannot correct this data now as AIIMS MBBS final registration has no correction window, it will not affect younin any adverse manner. So dont panic and prepare well.
