Hello Aspirant,
See if you have not allotted any seat in round 1st of AIQ counselling as well as state quota counselling then there is no need to register again because you are already registered for counselling, so there is no need to make any extra payment or register again yes some states allow exercising the preferences that the candidate has filled prior to round 1st so if your state allows to do so then you can do them as per previous year's cut-off. Also note that if you proceed for round 2nd and in case if no seat would be allotted to you in round 2nd then you cannot take free exit because later on if you take an exit then your security money will be forfeited, so take care of this thing and I would recommend you if you have good chances to get seat in round 2nd then only proceed for it otherwise take exit before round 2nd so that your security money will be refunded.
