If you are asking about B.Tech admissions, then yes, JEE Advanced is the only way. But to take JEE Advanced, you need to first take JEE Main, qualify it by coming in the top 2,24,000 rankers of JEE Main and then take JEE Advanced and qualify in it. For admission to B.Arch programmes at IITs (which only 2 IITs offer), you have to first qualify JEE Main, then JEE Advanced and then take JEE Advanced AAT (the entrance test for BArch admission into IITs).
