Let number of male staff be x.
Let number of female staff be y.
Total salary (in amount) of the male staff is = x * 15000.
Total salary of the female staff is= y * 15000.
Now, average salary of all employees is= Sum of total salaries / Total no. of employees.
That is equal to: [ (x+y) * 15000 ] / (x+y) = Rs.15000
