Hi Prince.
I don't think the mean something special with that. It'll be just PCM - Phy, Chem and Maths- Engg students. And with that, they might be conveying that for students to agriculture courses in which PCB may be required, will have a seperate allotment... What you can do is call the helpline and clear your doubt. That's the best solution.
