in case of KEA document verification ,annexure 1 general affidavit has to fill up and sign before hand or infront of the officials.

Glad to inform you that one needs to fill the affidavit beforehand and sign it in front of the officials preferably but if signed beforehand would not cause any problem and would be accepted.
