In clat . I have got 23000 in general category and 3000 in OBC category. Then which rank should I consider ??? .. pls answer me

Both the all india rank and category rank are taken into account but as you have a very high all india rank you are not eligible for any NLUs and your category rank is also high so you can try next year or go for some private colleges.
