Hi. According to me, you should mention the date and month of the publication of the results here, as your course is not complete until the results are announced and you get to know where you stand, that is, whether you've passed or failed in the exam(s). That is what even I filled in my CAT 2017 application form last year.

Enter the year/month when you are completing your graduation i.e. when results are announced. Usually, the final results are declared in the same year as the exams. The complete CAT application form filling process is here -
