In dvasu mathura exam for bvsc ah I have overall rank 381 and category rank 186 can I get seats in college of govermemt seats or payment seats in ews category plzz let me know

With your mentioned rank it's unlikely to get a government(free) seat in DUVASU for competitive course like BVSC.However there's a fair chance of getting a paid seat ,under the EWS quota.Many students have secured a paid seat similar to your ranks.
