In EFLU form fill up for MA if some mistake happens can one apply again?

Dear Shreya, if your question is whether you can fill in another application form because you made a mistake in the current application form, yes you can. But you have to register yourself with a new Email Id and phone number and fill in the application and make a new payment altogether because EFLU application process has no correction window. And do check your application before you click on the 'Submit' button.
