All the branches are good. It's totally depends on your interest. If we compare the branches then CSE is the most demanding branch followed by ECE, Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Chemical and IT.

In future, engineering in Aeronautics, Robotics and analytics would be quite important, however, the importance of B.Tech programmes like CS, ME, Civil, ECE, EE, CE, Biotechnology, Genetic Engineering is still very much important and will be in the future as well. There is nothing like best engineering disciples for future. But the above mentioned 3 courses would be getting more prominence in the coming times.
