in Europe countries education Is free right it's means scholarship so for every masters program will have scholarships ?

There is nothing like free education but there is less tution fee. And most of education which is called is for their country and for EU countries. For indians there will be fee, and few years back most of the countries has raised the fee in their countries. Scholarship are available but every country and every University has their own criteria and scholarship norms.
