in exams which standard of physics topic is taken mostly ?

In response to your query generally in competitive exams post class 12th the standard and syllabus of physics which is asked is generally upto class 12th NCERT level and it's applications. However for students who face post graduation entrance exams and are asked physics, if their graduation degree holds a certain percentage of physics that would also be asked in the examination. So the answer would really depend on the type of opportunity offered.
