In fourth phase of kiit's councelling,I allotted it branch and I have paid 75000/- as councelling fee .in fifth phase my branch is upgraded to cse.will I have to pay the councelling fee again?

Congratulations on getting a good branch in KIIT, I don't think that you will have to pay the counselling fees again. You can mail to the admission department of the KIIT University and inform them about this. They will tell you the further process.

I gave kiitee phase 3 exam and got IT branch and also paid the fees to confirm my seat,now i have given phase 5 exam and filled my choices,if i do not get the branch of my choice i.e. CSE or IT will my it branch choice still be there because i paid fees for it?
