Hello Dear,
As per my Information there is no management quota seats in government colleges like IIT and NIT the only way you can make it their by giving exam. However, there is a scheme called DASA(Direct Admission of Students Abroad) which is a different method of admissions of NRI(Non residential Indians) or POI's(Person of Indian origin). They have to face the SAT test which is of 800 marks each each.
