Hi !
Yes , there are government seats in Hi-tech medical college , Bhubaneshwar. Each and every private college has both government or open seats and management quota seats. Former ones are open to only domicile or class12 candidates and the latter ones are open for all irrespective of state and domicile.
The fee structure is 29.25 lacs for full term of MBBS (4.5+1) , which is much more than the government college but this is normal for any private college.
Yes , it is a right option to fill as it has approval of the MCI and is located in a developed city.
