The fees that you submit during the CSAB special rounds is returned by CSAB in the case if you choose to withdraw or you do not get alloted any seat. After deducting the specified amount the remaining amount will be sent back to your specified bank account. The amount usually refunded by the end of september. In case you do not get the amount by then contact CSAB. Hope this helps.
