You can not get IIT through JEE Mains, Jee mains is a process to sit in the exam of IIT which is called JEE Advance. you must have secure cut off marks in jee mains then you will avil to sit in the jee advance and can get any IIT
You need to clear the cutoff for jee mains. So that you become eligible to give jee advance.
