in iit advance if i got 10000 general rank and 3125 sc rank will i get any iit college

Catagery wise Cutoff will be given by the JEE site.
For 10000 rank you will not get seat in normal group like Mech, ECE, CSE. You WILL Get BSc and Dual degree in Engineering.

The cutoff and closing rank differes in each IIT. You can check the cutoff for all IIT's and their closing rank below:
Also you can check your chances through JEE Advance College Predictor as well.
