Hii,

You cannot get admission in Indian institute of Technology (IIT) through EAMCET rank. The admission is done through JEE Advanced exam. For that first you need to write JEE Mains exam, after the successful completion by Qualifying the JEE Mains you are eligible to write JEE Advanced exam.
