The seat allocation at the time of counseling is not done one the basis of rank list. It is basically done on the basis of common merit list. And for that they calculate ranks of JEE as per their reservation sytem. That means if they consider your sc rank then no quota will be given to you because your sc rank is already been calculated on the basis of your quota. But if they consider your crl rank then they will calculate your rank including the percentage of quota your category has. So don't worry .
