In the counselling procedure of JAC Delhi , a candidate is alloted a seat based upon his claim of belonging to a category and the documents are uploaded. Once the first round of seat allotment takes place, to fill in the seat or to keep sliding option for further rounds of counselling, the candidate is required to reach the institute for document verification, where the documents get verified. So, its after the 1st round , the OBC quota certificate would be verified at the reporting institute.
