In jee adv paper if I get low marks then can I get college on the basis of jee main result or not

Yes, there will be colleges which will be giving you admission on the basis of your JEE Main score. Even though you are unable to get a good score in JEE Advanced, you can get admission in good colleges on the basis of your JEE Main score.

Like now have an opportunity to get admission in government college but after giving the jee adv did I lose this opportunity or nothing

YES, you may apply for the colleges through JEE MAIN 2018 even if you get low marks in JEE Main 2018. Just study Hard for JEE ADVANCED 2018.

Like now have an opportunity to get admission in government college but after giving the jee adv did lose the opportunity or not
No it's not that. JEE ADVANCED IS ONLY FOR ADMISSION TO IIT's only. JEE MAINS IS FOR NIT's, IIIT's and GFTI's.
