Dont worry this is a confusion. You should send a mail to exam conducting body iit kanpur to sort out problem.
Replywrite to jeeadv@iitk.ac.in and request them to consider X.00 as well as X as answer..i did the same thing.They will take notice if many of us request for it.So ask for people you know to write to them..
