Dear Gaurav,
Though the application form of JEE Main 2018 is closed now, however, I will share what you want to know. Different states have different terms for the qualifying exam. For example some states call it Seniour Seconday, while some call it 10+2 or 2nd PUC. Also, there are other equivalent exams which are considered equivalent to class 12th or qualifying exam for applying and appearing in JEE Main by CBSE. Thus, you need to specifically mention the name of the qualifying exam based on which you are applying for JEE Main.
So, you need to mention whether the qualifying exam is 10+2, Seniour Secondary, 2nd PUC or any other. You also need to mention the class 12th or qualifying exam board name.
Hope this helps. If you further have any query, do write again.
Secondly,
If you have completed your 12th class then you have to enter passed otherwise, you have to enter appearing.
Last date to fill application form of JEE Main is already over.
Have you fill the application form?
