JOSAA counseling is totally on priority basis. You have to arrange colleges & branch according to your choice on the basis of priority.
Suppose you have filled CSE i& ECE in NIT Patna but your interest is in CSE then you have to keep CSE NIT Patna prior then ECE NIT Patna.
