Sorry, you have scored very less marks to be eligible for any government colleges. The cutoffs of government colleges are very high. According to previous years cutoffs you will not get a seat in any government colleges.
I would suggest you to look for other colleges or entrance exam or take a drop of this year and study hard for next year paper.
