Your percentile is bit less and your CRL is also quite high
As per the previous year cutoffs you have no chance of getting any NITs IIITs or GFTIs.
If your luck favours then you might get some seats of lower ranked NITs from North-east in the later rounds.
You can apply for state government colleges through State entrance exams and some private Colleges.

As this is the first time for EWS category the cutoff for Colleges will be slight less than that for general category.
So,you might get some seats of medium ranked NITs.
