in jee mains I got 65.44882 percent can I qualify for the advance and what is the cut off for ST???

First of all congratulations for your result. Now, the predicted qualifying cut off for ST category is between the range of 40-50 percentile. So, according to the prediction of this year's cut offs you can easily qualify for JEE advance.
Also, cut offs for ST category for previous years are as follows:
Year 2020: 39.0696101
Year 2019: 44.3345172
