In jee mains my SC rank is 37592 which collage I should fill in counseling

It is not a sufficient rank to get any good college from josaa counseling .
Because as you know that there are only limited seats in nits ; IIITs and other gftis .
So i would suggest you to take drop and prepare well for next year.

Hi ! There are several colleges where you can fill your form. These are third tier nit and iiit. You can go through CSAB counselling and get some third tier GFTI. The colleges which you might get are nit Manipur, Jharkhand, Meghalaya, Sikkim, IIIT kurnool, Kota, Kalyani and GFTI includes amity and other. Hi rajesh ,
With a rank of 37k in jee mains 2019 under sc category you are not going to get seat in any college participating in josaa councelling .
So either you take part in any other councelling process or take admission into any prestigious private institutes like srm , lpu , bennet university they have great placement records.

Or even you can take a year drop to prepare for jee 2020 .
