There is very less chance for you to get NITs.You can try for NITs of your home state.You won't be able to get NITs of other state.The cut of north indian NITs is within 4k-5k .Its really ipossible to find a NIT at this rank.
You can try for state engineering colleges through state counselling or look for private universities/colleges.
