No, i depends wholly upon the CSAB. One does't have much choice in this regard

They allocate the center according to first come and first serve basis.
If seats are left then most probably you will get your first choice.

I have applied on 8.12.2017 so probably I will get the one I preferred , now if I change the mode during the correction time , will my center change
