I guess you mean that whether you can give both Paper and Paper 2 of JEE mains.
The answer is yes, you can apply for both Jee mains paper 1 ( that is for engineering) and paper 2 ( B.Arch and B. planning). If you have registered for any one of them for the April session, then you cannot appear for both of them now. However, you can avail the correction facility for the JEE Mains May session to apply for the other one.
You can also change the following details apart from changing the paper or adding the another one:
personal details,
category,
Academic Details
Language of Examination
Name, State of Eligibility, and Date of Birth
