You may not apply on 10+2 basis as per the education qualification requirement against each post given in the notification as it needs 10+2 with any other qualification such as 10+2 with Diploma in the relevant field, 10+2 or above in the relevant field etc. But you can apply for Junior Health Inspector and the minimum education requirement matric which is class 10th. As you have passed in class 10th you can apply for Junior Health Inspector.
